Péter Szentirmay (President)

Peter has more than 25 years of professional experience in corporate credit management, corporate finance and international business relations. In 2010, he was one of the ten founding members of the Hungarian Credit Management Association (HCMA), of which he currently serves as President. He has also represented the Association on the FECMA Council for the past 16 years.

Peter has been a regular speaker at numerous professional conferences, seminars and workshops. He was also an invited speaker at the Cross-Border Business Seminar series organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry.

Peter completed his university studies in Hungary at the University of Pécs, where he studied Economics. As part of his university education, he was also awarded a scholarship to study at the University of Bayreuth in Germany. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies and obtained a postgraduate qualification in law.

Peter is married and is the father of three sons.
